CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:
- When you order items from this web site you will enter into a
purchase agreement with the seller under the United States Distance
Selling Regulations.
- You have the right to return the items you have purchased within 14
working days of delivery.
- Once the purchased item has been returned to us in the original
packaging we will refund the cost of the item (excluding delivery,
packaging, and any costs incurred by you in returning the item/s).
- We recommend for your own protection, using a recorded delivery
service.
- For overseas purchases we recommend United Parcel Service (UPS).
- You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you
will not be able to cancel any agreement you have with us for
purchased items and services carried out by us for delivery of the items
(for example: postage, packaging, and credit/debit card charges).
- When returning items please give a reason for the return.
- If you order the wrong configuration you can return the item to us
in the original condition and we will refund the cost of the item
(excluding delivery, packaging, and any costs incurred by you in
returning the item/s). We will not replace it with another
configuration. You will have to reorder a new configuration.
- Do not roll prints as this will damage them and we will not accept
the return.
- If you order a framed print and the print is removed from the frame
for any reason, no refund will be given.
